To send us information about your system, please do the following:
STEP 1: Click Start -> Run and then type cmd and press Enter.
STEP 2: Type msinfo32 /nfo c:\report.nfo and press Enter.
STEP 3: Upload the file c:\report.nfo to us via our Contact Us form

To start a remote technical support session:
STEP 1: If not already speaking with a technician, call us at 215-693-4003 and leave a message.
STEP 2: A technician will call you back and provide a Meeting ID and password.
STEP 3: Enter the Meeting ID, Password and your Name and click the Start Remote Support button.
