STEP 2: Click I Agree to the End User License Agreement window. STEP 3: Click Create Report as shown below: The tool will gather info about your system and then display a web page. STEP 4: Copy the highlighted URL text in the picture below by pressing the Ctrl key and then the letter C. STEP 5: Fill out our Contact Us form and paste the URL text that you copied in Step 4 into the "Please describe your issue" box by pressing Ctrl+V (Hold down the Ctrl key and then the letter V).
